Scotland's legal chief Frank Mulholland has been in Washington.

Mulholland met FBI director Robert Mueller and US Attorney General Eric Holder.

Mulholland has agreed that US spooks can join Scottish police in seeking further information on Lockerbie.

Is the plan for Scotland to become a colony of the USA?

A letter to American owned Herald newspaper suggests that the CIA should have no role in any new Lockerbie investigation

"The main contribution of the CIA and FBI to the original investigation was to offer a huge bribe to jog the memory of the main prosecution witness about his identification of a casual customer in his shop several years earlier, and to magically find a tiny piece of the detonator casing in a Lockerbie field six months after the local police had scoured every inch of the area.

"We don't need any more of that kind of co-operation.

At the Lockerbie trial, Tony Gauci was uncertain about the date he sold the clothes said to have been wrapped round the bomb, and was not sure that it was Megrahi to whom they were sold. Gauci gave two earlier statements in which he identified convicted Egyptian terrorist Abu Talb as the person who bought clothing. Gauci gave earlier statements saying he did not sell a shirt to the man but six months later remembered selling shirts and the man. Two of Gauci's statements are missing. A babygro said to have been wrapped around the bomb and shown to the court blown to pieces was recovered intact, according to a statement from the woman who found it.

"In seeking justice for the victims' families, and to restore the reputation of the Scottish justice system, what would extremely helpful would be the publication in full of the 800-page Report of the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission (SCCRC), which found six reasons to indicate that there had been a miscarriage of justice in the original court conviction...

"Justice Minister Kenny MacAskill and his officials have consistently found reasons to conceal this report, despite it being clearly in the public interest that it should be published.

In 1988, the FBI's Robert Mueller supervised the Lockerbie Bombing investigation.

In the Lockerbie Bombing (PanAm 103) case, it appears that the CIA and its friends arranged to have a 'timer' stolen from the Swiss firm of MEBO.

It appears that the security services then pretended that this 'timer' was the one used in the Lockerbie Bombing.

Timer device

Two years after the Lockerbie bomb, investigators allegedly found a fragment of a timer device.

It has been alleged that the evidence concerning the timer fragment was fabricated by the CIA and its friends in order to implicate Libya in the bombing.

In the summer of 2007, a report from Darik Radio DARIK News revealed a confession:

"Ulrich Lumpert, a Swiss electronic engineer and former employee at the Zurich-based MEBO Ltd Telecommunication, has admitted that he stole from the company a hand manufactured MST-13 Timer PC-Board that was later used as evidence against the defendant, Libyan agent Abdel Basset al-Megrahi.

On 19 February 2006, The Mail on Sunday reported that new forensic tests have been carried out by the lawyers representing Al Megrahi, the Libyan jailed in connection with the Lockerbie bombing.

Defence experts simulated the Lockerbie explosion. The results showed that the device which detonated the bomb could not have survived the explosion.

According to The Mail on Sunday: "Sources close to Megrahi's lawyers said the new tests pointed to the evidence having been planted at the scene of the crash...

"The source added that Megrahi's legal team claimed they had obtained 'clear proof' that investigators had 'planted and manipulated' evidence...

"He said... if there is any justice in Scotland... certain Scottish police officers will be jailed for their part in the proceedings...

"Megrahi's lawyers already have a sworn statement from a retired Scottish police officer confirming that evidence had been planted to secure the Libyan's conviction.

"A similar claim was made by a former CIA agent...

"The ex-CIA man (claimed) that the fragment of circuit board had been planted under orders from a very high level in the organisation...

"The fragment was found by two policeman during a search of a wood near Newcastleton, 35 miles from Lockerbie.

"It was later identified by the CIA's Thomas Thurman as being part of a sophisticated timer device made by the Swiss firm of Mebo.

"Thurman was later unmasked as a fraud who had given false evidence in American murder trials..."

Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond does not want the truth to come out?

Two state prosecutors from the US Department of Justice played an important role in the Lockerbie trial. The United Nations observer at the Lockerbie trial, Dr Hans Kochler, reported that two state prosecutors from the US Department of Justice were in court, and, although not listed in any of the official documents about the Court's officers, they were constantly briefing Scottish prosecutors. Lord Fraser was the lord advocate (1989-92) who initiated the case against Megrahi. On 20 December 2006 Lord Fraser was detained by police after they were called to Dundee Airport following reports of a disturbance on board an aircraft. Lord Fraser was charged with disorderly conduct. It was announced on 2 February 2007 that the Crown Office had dropped these charges due to insufficient evidence that an offence had been committed.

Lord Hardie, as Lord Advocate 1997-2000, was due to lead the prosecution team in the Lockerbie trial. Lord Hardie resigned just before the Lockerbie trial began. There were rumours that there was a lack of evidence to convict the Libyans.

Colin Boyd was Lord Hardie's successor as Lord Advocate. He became Lord Boyd of Duncansby.

Norman McFadyen, then regional procurator-fiscal for Edinburgh, headed the Crown Office trial team at Camp Zeist in the Netherlands. He got promoted to Crown Agent, head of department for the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service.

Alan Turnbull, QC, was one of the two senior counsel leading the Crown team in the Lockerbie trial. In 2006, he became Scotland's youngest judge at the age of 47.

Advocate-depute Alastair Campbell, QC, was senior prosecution counsel in the Lockerbie trial. In 2003, he was appointed a judge and became Lord Bracadale.

Bill Taylor, QC, was defence counsel for Megrahi at Camp Zeist. He has been heavily criticised for failing to defend Megrahi successfully. ( We have removed an error here pointed out to us by The Lockerbie Case )

Alistair Duff was the defence lawyer for Megrahi.

Professor Hans Koechler, the United Nations' observer at the Lockerbie trial and appeal, has accused Mr Taylor and Mr Duff of betraying Megrahi by failing to represent him properly.

Eddie MacKechnie was solicitor to Fhimah who was acquitted.

Tony Gauci was the key crown witness and owner of the Maltese shop where Megrahi was said to have bought the clothing reportedly placed around the bomb.

At the trial, Tony Gauci was uncertain about the date he sold the clothes in question, and was not sure that it was Megrahi to whom they were sold.

Five years after the trial, Lord Fraser allegedly described Gauci as a “simple” man who might have been “easily led”.

Lord Fraser was the lord advocate (1989-92) who initiated the case against Megrahi.

The Strathclyde police reportedly arranged for Gauci to go fishing, hillwalking and birdwatching in the Scottish Highlands.

The Mail on Sunday newspaper said Gauci had been recorded on tape talking about five or six visits he had made to Scotland since 1988.

J Thomas Thurman was the FBI man who identified a fragment of a circuit board from a timing device which, he said, was from the Lockerbie bomb. Thurman was later removed from his FBI job after a US Department of Justice investigation concluded his FBI forensics lab had a record of fabricating evidence.

Edwin Bollier is head of the Swiss-based Mebo group which was supposed to have sold the timing device reportedly used in the Lockerbie bomb. Bollier claims that one of his employees supplied the Scottish police with a stolen timing device, which was then presented in the trial as having been found amidst the plane's wreckage.

Ulrich Lumpert is the Mebo employee who reportedly has now admitted that the device he handed over to Scottish investigators was one he himself had stolen from the company, rather than part of a batch delivered to Libya in the 1980s.

Lord Sutherland was the presiding judge at Camp Zeist.

The other two judges were Lord Coulsfield and Lord MacLean.

Lord Cullen was head of the five-judge panel which presided over the appeal of Megrahi at Camp Zeist in 2002. The other four judges were: Lord Kirkwood, Lord Osborne, Lord Macfadyen, and Lord Nimmo Smith.

Hope for Lockerbie bombing truth

The reported capture of the man thought to be behind the Lockerbie bombing gives the UK an opportunity to discover the truth, a UK Foreign Office minister says.

Lord Howell of Guildford said that no effort should be spared in bringing the former intelligence chief to justice.

At question time in the House of Lords, Lord Selkirk of Douglas, a former Scotland minister who was on the scene of the Lockerbie bombing within hours of it taking place, said the capture and intelligence archives could "finally provide the information that would assist the Lord Advocate with his ongoing inquiries".

In 1938, Albrecht Haushofer, who worked for the German Foreign Office, stayed with Douglas-Hamilton at his home Dungavel House in Scotland.

1. Was the Lockerbie bomber a US spy?

In 2008, Scotland's top legal expert, professor Robert Black, urged the UK government to answer reports that there is evidence that Abu Nidal was a US agent.

In 1993, Margaret Thatcher, in her memoirs, wrote that after she backed the US bombing of Tripoli in 1986, “There was a marked decline in Libyan-sponsored terrorism in succeeding years.”

2. Apparently, both the US ambassador to Lebanon, John McCarthy, and the South African Foreign Minister Pik Botha had their travel plans altered at the last minute in order to avoid PanAm 103.

3. Minutes before PanAm flight 103 took off from London's Heathrow airport, FBI Assistant Director Oliver 'Buck' Revell took his son and daughter-in-law off the plane. [1001]

Revell was an associate of Lt. Colonel Oliver North who was linked to Iran-Contra. .[1002]

North ‘was a business associate of Syrian arms and drug runner Monzer al-Kassar.’ [1003] - Lockerbie - Constitution Society

Monzer al Kassar, allegedly worked for Oliver North and allegedly was part of Operation Corea.

4. The Herald newspaper was told that the CIA offered $2m (£1m) to the key witness in the Lockerbie trial and his brother.

5. On 17 April 1999, Russell Warren Howe, in the Guardian, explained how Israeli intelligence was among those that had a motive for blowing up Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie. (What if they are innocent? UK news guardian.co.uk)

According to Howe:

In 1986 a bomb exploded at Berlin's La belle disco club. Libya was blamed, on false evidence, and Reagan bombed Tripoli.

German TV exposed how the CIA and Mossad had links to the 1986 Berlin disco bombing.

Victor Ostrovsky is a Canadian who worked for Mossad.

According to Ostrovsky, Mossad tried to frame Libya by transmitting a fake message.

Ostrovsky testified that it was Mossad who set up a transmitter in Tripoli that generated a false signal about the "success" of the Berlin bomb.

There was a similar 'fake' message about Lockerbie, which may be the work of Mossad.

In one of his books, the author Gordon Thomas argues that the tagging and smuggling aboard of the lethal Lockerbie suitcase was organised by Mossad.

Gordon Thomas recounts how a Mossad officer from the London station turned up in Lockerbie just after the crash, and arranged for the removal of a suitcase belonging to a US intelligence officer in the US Defence Intelligence Agency , Charles McKee.

McKee's case was found after the crash by Jim Wilson of Tundergarth Mains farm, and contained what looked to Wilson like cocaine or heroin samples.

Within hours the Lockerbie bombing, two planeloads of 'US intelligence people' arrived at the site, and a Scottish radio reporter, David Johnston, soon heard that the bomb's target had been a group of US intelligence officials travelling back from Beirut.

McKee's suitcase "presumably contained his files on the CIA-Hizbullah-Mossad drugs ring" which McKee had discovered.

"Defence sources in Washington agree ... that McKee's group had been frustrated by the cover-up of the CIA drugs scheme (OPERATION COREA), and was returning home to insist that it be exposed."

What about Iran?

It is unlikely that Iran would use "a secular, even Marxist, Arab nationalist" member of a Palestinian cell to attack the USA.

It is entirely possible that Megrahi ... is being framed.

6. In 2007, Phillip Marlowe wrote an article entitled: The COREA Connection? Part I …

From this we learn:

Amiran Nir worked as Israel’s terrorism consultant to PM Shimon Peres.

Nir worked with the US on the Iran-Contra, Arms for Hostages deal; jointly run by the US and Israel.

Nir teaming up with Col. Oliver North in these efforts.

Nir is thought to have had incriminating evidence on Bush.

Nir was lured to Mexico to die in a mysterious plane accident.

A US Navy commander has claimed that George H. W. Bush, Sr. and Amiran Nir met at Jerusalem’s King David Hotel on July 29, 1986 to brief him on the Arms for Hostages deal.

According to Joel Bainerman: “Nir was secretly taping the entire conversation. And this provided evidence linking Bush to the Arms for Hostages deal. At the meeting were McKee and Gannon, who would die in the Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie.”

Nir may have had evidence of Bush’s involvement in Iran-Contra and even in the COREA drug smuggling group?

Scotland has its own parliament, with very limited powers.

Yorkshire, the Midlands, Wales and the south-west regions experienced increases in business distress of 10%.

But what about Scotland?

In Scotland, levels of businesses in distress have not risen, but have fallen quarter on quarter.

In August 2011, when there were riots in England, there were no riots in Scotland.

The Guardian (Why didn't the riots reach Scotland?) points out that Scotland has:

RIOTS HELP THE RIGHT WING.

The Conservative Party has little chance of winning seats in Scotland, no matter how many riots there are.

In Scotland it is Scottish National Party versus Labour.

So riots may not be required in Scotland at this time.

And, Scotland's Scottish National Party government controls the police in Scotland.

In 1919 there was a riot in Glasgow in Scotland. Some sources say it was caused by an unprovoked baton charge by the police. 10,000 troops armed with machine guns, tanks and a howitzer arrived to occupy Glasgow's streets. (Website)

Scotland may have a link to the riots in England.

Some years ago, I was once briefly acquainted with an elderly, and very right-wing, Scottish gentleman who claimed that he once did part time work for an organisation more secret than the SAS (Special forces).

The gentleman, whose name and address I do not know, said that one of his jobs with this secret government organisation was to be part of a 'gang' which would cause fights to break out during certain events.

Because of the Official Secrets Act, he would not say any more; I believe the gentleman, who was in very poor health, probably died some years ago.

So, it is just possible that some of the gangs in England were recruited in Scotland?

Reportedly, Scotland is playing its part in the 'looting and killing' in Libya.

On 5 July 2011, it was reported that the first Leuchars-Scotland-based Typhoon crews to have deployed in support of NATO's Operation Unified Protector, which kills the civilian population in Libya, have returned from their base in Italy.

With a decision on the future of RAF Leuchars said to be "imminent," the airmen are part of the significant contribution the base makes to killing operations around the world.

In addition to the ground crew, support personnel and pilots that Leuchars is providing to maintain the killing operation in Libya, members of Number 6 Force Protection Wing, based in Fife, are in Afghanistan, protecting Camp Bastion.

TheRAF is playing its part in the killings.

During the first 100 days of NATO bombings, 928 adults were killed, and 4,411 injured.

The Scottish Government is speaking out about Lockerbie, Iraq and Palestine.

The Scottish Government curently has limited powers, but hopes to achieve independence for Scotland.

1. On 15 May 2011, we learn that Scotland's new Scottish National Party government aims to publish evidence which suggests that Megrahi may not have done the 1988 Lockerbie bombing.

The Scottish Government plans to change the law to allow the publication of papers from the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission.

The Commission said there were six grounds for thinking a miscarriage of justice had occurred.

SNP plans law change over Lockerbie files

Currently the release of the Lockerbie files can be blocked by one or more of the parties who gave evidence to the review.

Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond said in February 2011 that he would change the law if the SNP won a second term.

Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill told the Scottish Sunday Express: "This is something the new SNP Government will do in early course. We have always been as transparent as possible.

"And following the announcement last December that the SCCRC was unable to secure the necessary consents to release its statement of reasons in the Megrahi case due to current legislation we now intend to bring forward primary legislation to overcome those problems presented by the consent provisions."

Bakr said: "I want to emphasise that the shipment came from Malta."

3. The head of Libyan intelligence, Abdullah al-Senussi, was involved in the plot.

Megrahi, who worked for Senussi and may have played a minor part, promised the night before his extradition to keep silent about Gaddafi's involvement.

He recently "threatened to expose the whole process unless the Libyan authorities made efforts to secure his release, which is what has happened".

Why have we not yet had the full truth about Lockerbie?

Part of the problem is Alex Salmond and his Scottish National Party government in Edinburgh.

We are losing faith in Salmond and the SNP.

For the truth to be revealed, the Scottish National Party government in Scotland needs only four weeks

Kenneth Roy makes the following points:

1. Professor Robert Black QC wonders why the Scottish National Party (SNP), 'untainted by past association with the Megrahi case', has decided not to 'confront this judicial scandal and attempt to correct it'.

2. The SNP's Alex Salmond became Scotland's First Minister in 2007.

He could have got rid of Elish Angiolini, the 'lord advocate', the top government legal officer.

But, strangely, he kept her in office.

"It feels in retrospect like one of his few serious political misjudgements..."

Angiolini "was never likely to pursue Lockerbie with the greatest zeal."

3. Since December 2010, "the position of the Scottish government has become quite impossible."

Here are two statements.

Statement 1

There are six grounds for believing that a miscarriage of justice may have occurred.

It is in the interests of justice to refer the case to the court of appeal.

Statement 2

Megrahi was convicted by a Scottish court, and Scottish ministers do not doubt the safety of his conviction.

4. Statement 1 – was the conclusion of the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission, an agency of the Scottish government, in 2007.

There were two years of "unexplained delays while the prisoner's second appeal was prepared".

In the end, the appeal was never heard.

"Megrahi, long frustrated by the impediments put in his way, dropped his appeal – it is generally believed as a pre-condition of his release."

5. Statement 2 is from a Scottish government briefing just before Christmas 2010.

"Statement 2 flatly contradicts Statement 1."

6. The Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission's report has never been published.

The Salmond government says publication of the report is impossible without the permission of all the parties concerned and that all the parties have not consented.

Professor Black says the Scottish government would require only four weeks "to rescind this intolerable prohibition and allow the public access to the full report."

Angiolini was once Procurator Fiscal for Grampian, Highlands and Islands.

When a ten year old was allegedly sexually abused 'the case was delayed by Ms Angiolini, and by the time it came before a Sheriff, it was deemed that too much time had passed, and that the case could not be heard – it had taken Ms Angiolini three years to process the case.' Reportedly, the Sheriff who heard the case was the very same Sheriff implicated in the abuse of Hollie Greig.

In the summer of 2000, Hollie Greig told her mother, Anne, that she had been repeatedly sexually abused.

It appears that a ring of sexual abusers were involved and this ring included people working for the criminal justice system in Scotland.

In the video, a Sheridan-like voice is heard admitting to having attended sex clubs.

The trial judge Lord Bracadale decided to prevent Scottish comic Des McLean from giving evidence.

Sheridan denied the voice on the video was his and said there was no scientific evidence to prove that it was.

Sheridan's legal team believe that the jury should have been allowed to witness McLean's impersonation skills in court.

The News of the World claimed that Sheridan visited a sex club in Manchester.

In 2006 Sheridan won an action for defamation against Rupert Murdoch's News of the World and was awarded £200,000 damages.

In 2007, he was charged with perjury, for allegedly having told lies to the court in the defamation case.[3]

In December 2010, Sheridan was found guilty.

However, we learn on 26 December 2010 that Tommy Sheridan is bidding to quash the guilty verdict

Tommy Sheridan is to appeal against his conviction for perjury.

Sheridan is to claim that "key witnesses" were blocked from speaking at the trial.

He will also claim that crucial e-mails were withheld from his defence lawyers.

These e-mails were sent between the News of the World and private investigator Glenn Mulcaire.

Mulcaire was jailed in 2007 after it was found he was hacking into the phones of top people.

Former UK government minister Tom Watson, part of a parliamentary committee probing the hacking allegations, refers to a "highly suspicious" claim at Sheridan's trial by Scottish News of the World editor Bob Bird that e-mails sent about the newspaper's investigation into Sheridan had been lost.

Sheridan will also point out that defence lawyers were stopped from quizzing Mulcaire during the trial, after Mulcaire was excused from giving evidence due to a doctor's note.

Sheridan's lawyers will also say that excusing former escort girl Fiona McGuire from giving evidence, on the grounds of illness, hurt Sheridan's case.

McGuire had alleged she had a five-in-a-bed orgy with Sheridan at an Aberdeen hotel.

The spooks like to infiltrate political parties.

It is quite possible that many of the top people in the Scottish Socialist Party (SSP) work for the security services.

Tommy Sheridan is a Scottish socialist politician.

He is one of two co-convenors of the left-wing Scottish political party Solidarity.

He was the convenor of the Scottish Socialist Party, but in 2004 he was asked to resign from this post, by a unanimous vote of the Executive Committee.[1]

The News of the World then alleged that Sheridan had visited a swingers clubs in Manchester and engaged in adulterous affairs with two women.[11]

Sheridan, who claims to be a teetotaller, reportedly drank champagne and consumed cocaine during an extramarital liaison.

In 2006 Tommy Sheridan won an action for defamation against the News of the World.

On 10 October 2006, BBC News reported that Grampian Police were investigating a claim by Fiona McGuire, who had been a witness in the trial for the News of the World, that she had received a death threat through the post. [19]

On 26 August 2007, the Sunday Herald reported that John Lynn had been questioned by detectives about allegations of witness tampering.

Lynn is reportedly an associate of Paul Ferris, a former Glasgow gangster, who has become friendly with Sheridan.

The report said Helen Allison, who claimed in court that she saw Sheridan having sex in a Glasgow hotel, had been approached by Lynn who asked her not to give evidence. Lynn was once jailed for 17 years for shooting an Ulster barman.[20]

In October 2006, the News of the World published what it claimed was a video recording of Tommy Sheridan admitting he visited a swingers club in Manchester on two occasions and that he (Sheridan) admitted this at an Executive meeting of the SSP.

The tape had been made using a hidden camera by SSP member George McNeillage in McNeillage's house after he invited Sheridan there. McNeillage had been one of three best men at Sheridan's wedding. [21]

Tommy Sheridan does not appear on the video at any time.

The newspaper has not been able to produce any images from the video showing Sheridan's face and Sheridan says the video is a fake.

Sheridan agrees his voice is on the tape but suggests it was "spliced" with clips of someone else's. [1]

The News of the World claimed four independent voice analysts confirmed that the voice on the tape is Tommy Sheridan's.[22]

But in an interview with the BBC a forensic speech scientist, Peter French, said: "Experts should never say conclusively they have identified a person and this kind of evidence should never solely be used to bring a criminal trial".[23]

Sheridan then suggested that MI5, the Bush government, the SSP and Rupert Murdoch conspired to concoct the videotape to undermine his campaign for an independent socialist Scotland.[24]

In 2007, Tommy Sheridan was charged with perjury.

In October 2010, he appeared together with his wife at a trial for perjury related to the 2006 court case.

"But it's a stitch-up that has unravelled. I say here today that the News of the World have tried to produce, in collusion with others, dodgy minutes, dodgy tapes and dodgy geezers to make allegations against me.

"They are completely and utterly untrue. We beat them in court and that is what they can't stand - because they were humiliated...

"Just as Freddie Starr did not eat his hamster, then the video has been concocted, manufactured and presented...

"I would not be surprised if the state is involved.

"The state has a fine history of trying to destabilise and undermine socialist movements or trade union struggles. When the history of this whole episode is written about, I think you'll find that MI5 was involved."

Sheridan claimed the video tape was as genuine as footage of Elvis Presley jamming with Noel Gallagher.

Sheridan claimed he had never been in the house where the video was filmed.

He said there was more than one voice on the tape, proving it had "clearly" been spliced "on several occasions".

Imagine a government that freezes its main tax.

Imagine a government that increases the tax on out-of-town retail parks.

These are some of the measures which have been announced by the government in Scotland, a government which unfortunately still has limited powers.

The London government is collecting a lot of money from the revenues from Scottish oil.

But, the London government is to give the Scottish government a lot less money.

If Scotland was independent, it could keep all of the oil revenues.

At present Scotland has a Scottish National Party government (SNP).

If the Labour Party comes to power in Scotland, taxes could rise by £3000 for each Scottish family; Labour would allow 'council tax' to rise and that could mean the employment of more bureaucrats of the expensive kind.

On 17 November 2010, the Scotland's SNP government announced its budget.

The SNP is to freeze the 'Council Tax', yet again.

This help both families and small businesses

The SNP is in favour of helping small businesses.

The SNP budget protects the Small Business Bonus, protecting thousands of local jobs.

The SNP budget protects spending on the National Health Service.

The SNP budget will mean

1. Maintaining the freeze in the council tax in 2011-12;

2. Keeping 1,000 additional police officers on Scotland’s streets so
Scotland can keep its crime rate at its lowest level for 32 years;

3. Protecting teaching posts.

4. Continuing free care for the elderly

5. Continuing the policy of having no tuition fees at universities

6. Continuing infrastructure development, such as the Forth Road Bridge.

7. Continuing the development of Scotland's vast offshore renewable energy resource.

8. Delivering smaller and more efficient government.

9. In government, implementing a Living Wage of £7.15 per hour and providing a minimum annual increase of £250 for employees earning less than £21,000, while freezing pay forothers and cutting the pay bill of the highest earners.

10. Reducing the Government’s Administration budget by 10 per cent and reducing the costs of the Senior Civil Service in Scotland by 10 per cent in 2011-12 and by 25 per cent over the next four years.

The SNP is the only credible government for Scotland.

Willie McRae

Willie McRae was found badly injured in his crashed car.

The car was on a remote road in Wester Ross in Scotland.

At the local hospital, medical staff found a gunshot wound behind McRae's right ear.

The police found 'the weapon' some distance from the car.

There were no fingerprints on the gun.

A BBC journalist was given the number plates of three cars alleged to have been following MacRae before his death.

Reportedly, one of the cars was a 'blocked vehicle' from one of the security services.

One of the cars used to trail McRae "was a Triumph, registration number PSJ 136X. Wherever McRae went, that car followed.

"He had noticed the motor. Willie McRae was nobody's fool. When he raised the matter with a friendly cop, he checked the computer.

No fatal accident inquiry was held.

McRae's death remains unsolved.

This was in 1985.

Former Scottish National Party vice-chairman Willie McRae

McRae was a top man in the Scottish National Party (SNP).

And he was an anti-nuclear campaigner.

Many people assume that McRae was murdered by the spooks.

John Finnie is an SNP councillor and a former policeman.

Angiolini, originally appointed by a Labour party government, is seen by some as being part of the Lockerbie cover-up.

Finnie has asked Angiolini to release any official details so far kept secret.

In a letter to Angiolini, the SNP group leader on Highland Council said:

"The circumstances of Willie McRae's death, and the subsequent investigation, have led to a quarter of a century of speculation and public disquiet.

"Public confidence in the functions of state is very important...

"I ask you to ... institute a full investigation into all the circumstances surrounding the death of Willie McRae."

It looked as if his car had crashed.

Then it was reported that MacRae had been killed by a gun fired at his head. ( Scottish News Headlines )

Two bullets had been fired.

The Lord Advocate (chief legal officer in Scotland) claimed that the gun was found beneath the door of the car.

This was contradicted by the policeman who found the gun, and by those involved in recovering MacRae from his car.

MacRae had served in military intelligence.

McCrae had been working on a book on the nuclear industry. The papers he was working on have never been recovered.

Reportedly, MacRae told friends shortly before his death, "I've got them."

Judith Cook wrote a book, 'Who Killed Hilda Murrell, Unlawful Killing', about the murder of anti-nuclear campaigner Hilda Murrell.

She quoted an "MI5 operative" who told her that Miss Murrell had indeed died after disturbing operatives searching the house. Two of the men had gone "berserk" and killed her.

Sergey Serykh was found dead at the foot of a tower block in Glasgow.

According to Vitali Alexandrovich, Sergey Serykh's landlord in London, Sergey "said that since he defected from the Ukrainian secret services they were trying to assassinate him.

"He said he knew who had killed Alexander Litvinenko (the Russian dissident poisoned in London in 2006)." (Daughter of asylum-seeker.)

Sergey's step-daughter Karina lives in Moscow.

Asked about Sergey's spy plot claims, she said: 'I don't want to talk about this.

"Some of it is true."

Apparently, he was in the Russian army from at least 1994 to 1996.

He and his family moved to Canada in 2000.

They were described as being vegetarian and Hindu. They ran a health business.

In 2005, the family was given 'protected person' status. This means it was believed that, if they returned 'to their country of nationality or former habitual residence they would be subject to the possibility of torture, risk of life, or risk of cruel and unusual treatment or punishment'.

The family was given permanent residency in Canada.

Then suddenly they fled from Canada to contionental Europe and eventually to London and then Glasgow. He claimed he had uncovered a government plot, involving Stephen Harper, to assassinate the Queen.

For 18 months Sergey and family rented a comfortable apartment in Wembley Park in London.

They "never struggled to meet the £1,250 monthly rent."

Vitali Alexandrovich, Serykh's landlord said: "He seemed to have plenty of money...

"He said the Russian secret service were also after him, which is why he had fled to Canada in the first place."

Sergey Serykh claimed that a deal existed between Stephen Harper, the Canadian prime minister, and former Russian president Vladimir Putin that meant he would be killed by Canadian security agents if he returned there.

"The London offices of ISC Global, now known as RISC Management, were visited in November 2006 by Litvinenko and Russian businessmen Andrei Lugovoi and Dmitry Kovtun and traces of polonium-210 were discovered there.

Labour wants to waste £100 billion on a replacement for Trident.

Labour took Scotland's wealth and spent it in the South East of England on motorways, railways, the underground, airports and other projects.

In January 2010, a report by the UK government's National Equality Panel pointed out that the gulf between rich and poor in the UK grew wider under the Labour Party than at any time since the Second World War.

The report says that inequality in Britain is among the worst in the developed world, with the highest rate of poverty in western Europe.

On average, children born in the poorest areas will die 13 years before those in the richest.

This is according to government records made public, 0n 28 September 2009, at the National Archives of Scotland in Edinburgh.

There are too many administrators and not enough doctors.

You may find better hospitals in Asia than you find in Scotland.

In The Herald, on 2 August 2010, Andrew McKie reminds us that the National Health Service, in Scotland, accounts for one third of public spending.

What about survival rates in Scottish hospitals?

In 2008 the British Medical Journal studied age-adjusted five-year survival rates in all European countries.

Scotland came bottom out of all the European countries.

According to Andrew McKie, the Scottish National Health Service tends 'to operate for the benefit of those who work within it, rather than those who use its services.'

McKie asks: "Why should those who can afford it not pay for the 'hotel' aspects of their hospital stays – meals, laundry and so on?

"Why should we not pay, as we do the dentist and the optician, a modest fee for an appointment with a GP?

"The poorest, of course, would simply sign a form declaring that they are exempt...

"Other countries do it better than us. Might we learn something from them?"

The recently discovered CATCHER oil fields could be the largest discovery of Scottish North Sea oil in almost a decade.

In 2001, the 500m barrel Buzzard field was discovered in the Scottish North Sea.

UK energy minister Charles Hendry has announced that a record number of applications have been received for the 356 new UK licences to drill for North Sea oil. (thefirstpost.r)

What did it have to do with Labour's Peter Mandelson?

Peter Mandelson was a UK cabinet minister, belonging to what was Tony Blair's Labour party.

Mandelson, and the UK Labour Party, have sometimes seemed to serve the interests of certain Jewish businessmen, rather than the interests of British workers.

On 23 May 2010, The Mail reports on Mandelson, his Russian oligarch friend Deripaska, Nat Rothschild and a £500m deal over dinner that cost British jobs..

In 2005, Peter Mandelson, the former EU Trade Commissioner, was a 'valuable extra' dinner guest when billionaire Oleg Deripaska met American aluminium bosses in Moscow.

The meeting was also attended byDeripaska's pal, financier Nat Rothschild.

The result was a deal to sell two of Deripaska's Russian factories to a U.S. firm, Alcoa.

Mandelson "was in a position to allay 'concerns' over tariffs on imports from Eastern Europe at the meeting."

Over the following three years, tariffs were slashed.

This led to the dumping of cheap aluminium on the European market, forcing at least four British factories to close.

These were: Alcoa's South Wales aluminium rolling plant, a plant at Rogerstone in Wales, and plants at Falkirk and Glasgow.

In the past, Mandelson has denied ever talking to Deripaska about aluminium or even meeting Deripaska before 2006.

But, the Mail says Mandelson's presence at the private dinner in 2005 has been confirmed by eyewitness sources.

A 'hung parliament' means the government party does not have a majority.

In 1910, Britain had a hung Parliament.

Herbert Asquith's Liberals formed a minority government with the support of the Irish Nationalists.

To get their support, Asquith gave concessions to the Irish nationalists.

This speeded up the granting of independence to Ireland, which was good.

In 1979, Margaret Thatcher had a majority and was thus able to destroy much of the manufacturing industry in places such as Scotland.

When these off-book items are added, British indebtedness is almost £3 trillion and could make the UK like Greece.

After the UK election, David Cameron may become prime minister, but he will probably lack an overall majority.

Cameron is determined to try to reject the offer of Liberal Democrat parliamentary support.

"Labour has many loyal supporters in Scotland and these will be difficult times for those voters.

"Many will stay home, but we must persuade the others that now, to stop the Tories, and to win the best deal for their families and our nation, they must play the Scottish card.

"They can't save Labour in this election, but they can save Scotland from the worst impact of a Tory or Tory led government.

"Scotland needs champions and defenders.

"We need more than the same old Labour politicians...

"Scotland can unite to elect local and national champions with the SNP."

According to the Guardian, members of an international crime gang were allowed to come to Britain because their leader had links to Customs & Excise.

The evidence for this came out at an immigration appeals tribunal.

The Baybasin Cartel, a Kurdish gang, controlled up to 90% of the heroin which entered the UK.

Its bosses settled in the UK in the mid-1990s.

Gang members were involved in protection rackets and extortion in the UK, and were linked to up to 25 murders.

The gang's members were allowed to move from Turkey to London, allegedly after their leader, Huseyin Baybasin, agreed to tell Customs investigators what he knew about the involvement of senior Turkish politicians and officials in the international heroin trade.

Reportedly, Baybasin was encouraged by Customs to come to the UK and arrived via Gibraltar in either late 1994 or early 1995.

He first met Customs officers in a hotel near Tower Bridge, London.

Having come to the UK, the Baybasin Cartel ran their vast drug trafficking operation from London.

They and their relatives persuaded a number of politicians to support their attempts to obtain British travel documents.

Among those who agreed to help was Tony McNulty, a former immigration minister, who wrote a number of letters on behalf of Baybasin's wife after her husband was arrested in the Netherlands.

Baybasin, 49, is now serving a life sentence in a Dutch jail.

His brother, Abdullah, 45, who took the helm after his conviction, has now been convicted of conspiracy to supply heroin.

It was at Abdullah Baybasin's asylum hearings that the alleged deal with Customs & Excise was disclosed.

Abdullah was given indefinite leave to remain in the UK last year.

Several other relatives also remain in the UK.

Police are investigating Michael Howard's role in a royal pardon for two of Liverpool's most dangerous gangsters, John Haase and Paul Bennett, who were granted a royal pardon in July 1996 on Howard's orders.

The decision came 11 months into 18-year sentences.

The Metropolitan police is about to launch an investigation into the 'circumstances leading up to the granting of a royal pardon for these individuals'.

Michael Howard's cousin, Simon Bakerman, is an associate of Haase.

Bakerman was released from prison on the day Howard became leader of the Conservative Party in November 2003.

Bakerman received a three-year sentence in 2002 for running an illegal factory making amphetamine and ketamine pills.

Haase claims that Bakerman received large sums of money from Haase before the pardon was granted, though even his lawyers admit there is no evidence of where this money ended up - if it was paid in the first place.

Where Heroin comes from

The arms caches were a set-up, planted on Haase's instructions from a mobile phone he had smuggled into prison.

Witnesses from within Haase's organisation now claim that bribes totalling £4.5 million were paid by criminals to officials involved with the case.

Haase and his associates have often been held responsible for bringing gun culture to the streets of Liverpool.

One former senior Customs officer said there had been suspicions well before the release of the two men that the arms caches were an elaborate scam.

Haase was rearrested in 1999 and sentenced to 13 years for money-laundering and supplying firearms to fellow gangsters.

He is serving his sentence, but continues to wield a powerful influence from his prison cell, not least through his continuing claims that bribes were paid to help obtain his royal pardon.

We do like the Scottish and Welsh Nationalists who want to take the troops out of Afghanistan and who want to scrap Trident and ID cards.

Others worth considering are the Green party (anti war), Respect (wants troops out of Afghanistan), TUSC (anti war) and the Alliance for Democracy whose policy is 'whatever the public want, they get'.

Gordon Brown's Labour Party wants to keep Trident missiles, at a cost of around £100 billion. Brown plans bigger cuts than under Margaret Thatcher.

We remember the US election day exit polls which showed that John Kerry won both the electoral and the popular vote, with Kerry getting 51% and Bush 48%.

Can you expect some vote fraud in the coming UK general election?

One constituency to watch is Dumfries and Galloway, in Scotland, which at present is held by the Labour Party's Russell Brown.

In the June 2009 Euro-Elections, the result in Dumfries and Galloway was:

In 1974, SNP candidate George Thompson won Dumries and Galloway from the Conservatives. In 1979, Ian Lang took the seat back for the Conservatives.

In 2001, pro-war Peter Duncan became the only Scottish Conservative MP by a margin of 74 votes from the SNP.

Let's look back to the UK general Election of 2005.

Back in 2005, a Channel 4 TV Dispatches programme revealed how Tony Blair's Labour Party faked grassroots support during the General Election.

An undercover Channel 4 reporter, Jenny Kleeman, showed how:

1. Fake letters were sent to local newspapers to show support for Labour’s achievements.

2. Labour activists posed as 'local people' to greet Blair on the campaign trail.

According to The Times, in 2005, : "A QUARTER of the police forces across Britain are investigating last week’s elections in a purge on fraud and malpractice."

According to the Scotsman there are claims that a Labour Party activist in Birmingham kept a ballot box at his home the night before polls opened.

The activist's daughter was a presiding officer for one polling station.

In 1974, Labour's Harold Wilson won 39% of the vote and had a majority of only 3 seats.

In 2005, Labour's Tony Blair won 35% of the vote and had a majority of 67 seats.

According to Robin Cook, former UK Foreign Secretary, a party can normally expect to lose an election if it gets only 36% of the vote.

In 2005, Blair lost lots of not very marginal seats, but managed to hold on to some of the most marginal.

Nationally, Labour saw a 6% drop in their share of the vote.

In the 25 most marginal Labour-Lib Dem seats, the Liberal Democrats saw an average 6.7% increase in their share of the vote.

There are no obvious signs of vote fraud in Leeds North West, which was not considered particularly marginal, but which was captured by the Liberal Democrats:

In the constituencies which were most marginal, the swing against Labour was smaller than might be expected.

This could be due to a variety of factors, including:

(1) Extra effort by the Labour candidate and his party organisation
(2) tactical voting
(3) possible vote fraud.

In the marginal constituency of Aberdeen South, an investigation was begun into postal voting.

Senior members of the Asian community have been accused of attempting to organise a postal vote racket in Leicester.

Parmjit Singh Gill, the Liberal Democrat MP for Leicester South in the last parliament, believes constituents were put under pressure to register for a postal vote, and then instructed who to vote for.

Leicester South was won by the Liberal Democrats in a previous bi-election.

Scotland on Sunday refers to Purcell's relationship with a network of councillors, businessmen and public sector bosses, with connections to the Labour party.

One of Purcell's initiatives is a council body called 'City Building'.

Its wage bill for senior employees doubled in just two years.

Reportedly, some of those who benefited were pals of Purcell.

City Building spent thousands of pounds on hospitality.

When Labour ran the Edinburgh government, the Justice Minister was Labour's Cathy Jamieson.

Cathy Jamieson was Scotland's justice minister, under a former Labour administration.

According to the Scotsman (scotsman.com/5):

"Scotland's justice minister Cathy Jamieson strongly denied helping a relative evade the law.

"While the Labour MSP transferred £100 to the bank account of nephew Derek Hyslop - who was on the run from police at the time - in July 1999, she has stated that she had no idea he was wanted by police.

"Hyslop, a drug addict who had just killed a woman in a robbery in Derby, was later jailed for manslaughter. Jamieson said the money was meant for her nephew’s baby."

Allegedly, the Labour Party in parts of Scotland is linked to gangsterism.

Many billions of pounds will be earned, either by the people of Scotland, or by 'the Crown'.

The Crown Estate Commissioners (CEC) manage the Crown property rights in Scotland.

The CEC, in evidence to the Commons Treasury Committee, admit they do not actually own anything.

Scotland owns the Scottish seabed

According to the Commons Treasury Committee, "Crown property rights in Scotland are defined and governed by Scots law, including Scotland's Crown rights in Scotland's territorial seabed and continental shelf area.

"As a result of the Scotland Act 1998, the Scottish Parliament can legislate over the extent and nature of Crown property rights in Scotland, legislate to regulate the use of land and property rights and issue guidance on standards of good management."

Andy Wightman, a leading authority on public rights to land in Scotland, says the Scottish Parliament in Holyrood definitely can abolish the Crown rights to the seabed, in order to let Scottish ministers hold them instead.

The UK Labour Party's Steven Purcell might have become Scotland's First Minister.

Purcell, the former leader of Glasgow City Council, was warned about being linked to Glasgow gansters who were being investigated by police.

McGraw

Glasgow 'crime boss', Tam McGraw owned security companies, taxi firms, pubs, and a property portfolio in Scotland, Ireland and Spain worth 'at least £10m'.

McGraw's empire was said to be worth £30 million in total. (In Scotland it has been estimated that 47% of individuals are earning under £10,000 per year.)

Allegedly, McGraw's main income came from the sale of heroin and cocaine.

After one failed robbery, McGraw was arrested while trying to flee on foot.
