Lockerbie Deal

The Libyan al-Megrahi was accused of carrying out the 1988 Lockerbie Bombing (PanAm 103).

His appeal will be heard in a Scottish court in 2008.

At the end of the appeal, Megrahi is almost certain to be declared innocent, and there will be a lot of evidence suggesting corruption by top people.

Reportedly the CIA faked the evidence in the Lockerbie case, to cover up drug smuggling by elements of the CIA. (aangirfan: Lockerbie, Drugs and the CIA / aangirfan: The CIA and the Lockerbie Bomb )

The London government would prefer that Megrahi is returned to Libya before any appeal can hear damaging evidence of corruption.

The Scottish government would prefer to see justice done.

According to The Scotsman, 20 December 2007, (Libya deal on eve of Lockerbie anniversary):

The London government has agreed a deal with Libya whereby Megrahi may be returned to Libya.

Reportedly a letter was sent by Jack Straw, the UK Justice Secretary, to Libya on 19 December 2007, outlining the agreement.

Contrary to previous promises by the London government, the deal will include Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al-Megrahi, the Libyan convicted of the Lockerbie bombing.

Scottish government ministers are supposed to have a veto over whether Megrahi can go back to Libya.

Alex Salmond, the Scottish First Minister, 'last night disputed the claim that ministers would have the final say.'

Government sources in London reportedly said: "Jack Straw will be signing the prisoner transfer agreement with Libya tonight. Megrahi will not be listed in the treaty as somebody who is specifically excluded. The Libyans would not agree to that. But as Kenny MacAskill (Scottish Justice Minister) discussed with Jack, there is a safeguard in that Scottish ministers will have to decide in each transfer case from a Scottish prison. If an application was made to transfer Megrahi, Scottish ministers could say no."

In the summer of 2007, Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond accused Tony Blair of stitching up a deal during a visit to Libya with Gaddafi.

Alex Salmond accused Blair of going back on a pledge to get Megrahi excluded from any transfer agreement.

Alex Salmond said on 19 December 2007,"The timing of this agreement is both insensitive and inappropriate. The case of Mr Megrahi is now before the Appeal Court, and we are approaching the 19th anniversary of the atrocity. The Scottish Government is deeply disappointed that the Lord Chancellor has failed to secure the exclusion of anyone connected to the Lockerbie bombing from the Prisoner Transfer Agreement. This does underline that the previous Prime Minister's administration was less than candid when they claimed the transfer agreement actually excluded Mr Megrahi."

"One of the key pieces of evidence in the case against Libya — a fragment from a printed circuit board of a timer fuse — was planted by CIA employees, according to the testimony of a Scottish policeman. And engineer Ulrich Lumpert, from the Swiss firm Mebo that produced timers ordered by the Libyan army, recently admitted that he secretly provided a counterfeit board at the request of American intelligence. Marilyn Manson, Luke Mitchell, Anton LaVey, Michael Aquino, Roy Cohn, Paul Bonaci

Goth rocker Brian Warner's stage name is Marilyn Manson.

Luke Mitchell was a fan of Marilyn Manson.

14 year-old Luke Mitchell was found guilty of murdering 14 year-old Jodi Jones.

Warner was given the title of 'Reverend Manson' by Church of Satan founder Anton Lavey.

LaVey has connections to Michael Aquino who reportedly has connections to the CIA, mind control and child abuse.

Maryilyn Manson is a strange character. He has been accused of buying a child's skeleton. (Marilyn Manson Accused of Buying Child's Skeleton, Human Skin Masks)

In 2003, 14 year-old Scottish schoolgirl Jodi Jones was murdered in a particularly brutal way.

14 year-old Luke Mitchell, who attended the same Catholic school as Jodi, was found guilty of Jodi's murder.

In court it was pointed out that Jodi had suffered massive cuts to her face, breasts and torso and that paintings by Marilyn Manson, one of Luke Mitchell's favourite performers, showed someone suffering similar injuries. (How teenager Luke Mitchell turned from boyfriend to killer )

The Manson paintings are based on the 1947 death of would-be Hollywood actress Elizabeth Short.

Luke Mitchell had bought the Marilyn Manson DVD The Golden Age of Grotesque two days after Jodi's death.

The DVD has scenes showing two girls tied together near a track and struggling as hoods are placed over their heads.

Luke Mitchell's school jotter was covered in Satanic slogans.

In an essay, Luke Mitchell wrote: "Just because I am more violent than others and cut myself, does that justify some pompous git of a teacher to refer me to a psychiatrist?"

Luke Mitchell's mother Corinne Mitchell denied burning Luke's clothes in the garden incinerator on the day of the murder. Neighbours reported the incinerator had been on, giving off an unusual smell. (Evidence that convicted Mitchell )

The murder knife was never found. Five months after Jodi was murdered, Corinne Mitchell bought Luke Mitchell a knife similar to one he had lost.

According to an article entitled George Bush, The CIA, Mind Control & Child Abuse, "the CIA’s first widespread use of sex came from a program to blackmail United States politicians conducted by Edwin Wilson.

"The political targets were enticed to live out their sexual fantasies in the flesh. With hidden cameras ready the unsuspecting politician would be filmed, which would later be used to blackmail him into supporting the agency’s projects and views.

"Wilson's skill in these matters dated back to the early 1950s, when he took over a network of homosexual and pedophile rings from CIA asset and McCarthy Committee counsel Roy Cohn...

"In the aftermath of Watergate, the CIA released voluminous documents under the Freedom of Information act on MK-ULTRA and other projects...

"CIA projects evolved to use trauma to induce control or the victim’s mind such as Project Monarch...

"A ... survivor, Paul Bonaci who survived two decades of torture under Project MONARCH has disclosed strong corroborating evidence of wide-scale crimes and corruption from the municipal/state level all the way up to the White House.

"He has testified about sexually abused males selected from Boy's Town in Nebraska and taken to nearby Offutt AFB.

"At Offutt, they were subjected to intense MONARCH programming, directed mainly by Commander Bill Plemmons and former Lt. Col. Michael Aquino...

"Aquino founded the Temple of Set, an offshoot of Anton LaVey's Church of Satan..."

Anton LaVey is Howard Levey, founder of the Church of Satan.

Lord Cullen, Dunblane, Lockerbie

"Lord Cullen of Whitekirk has been appointed a Knight of the Thistle on St Andrew's Day. He led inquiries into the Dunblane shootings, and in March 2002 led the five-judge tribunal which heard the failed appeal of the Lockerbie bomber." - A former senior judge has been given Scotland's highest honour.

In 1996, there was a massacre at a school in Dunblane, Scotland. The man who murdered 16 young children was Thomas Hamilton.

According to journalist Marcello Mega, in The News of the World (Cached), 28 December 2003:

1. A top Scottish Freemason, Former Grand Master Lord Burton, has said that Lord Cullen's inquiry into the Dunblane massacre was a cover-up.

Lord Burton says Cullen's inquiry suppressed crucial information to protect high-profile legal figures.

2. These high-profile legal figures may belong to a secretive 'Super-Mason' group called The Speculative Society.

Lord Burton said: "I have learned of an apparent connection between prominent members of the legal establishment involved in the inquiry, and the secretive Speculative Society. The society was formed in Edinburgh University through Masonic connections so I accept that there might be a link by that route." Reportedly, members of the Speculative Society have included Lord Cullen and a number of other judges, sheriffs and advocates.

3. Some of these high-profile people had links to the Queen Victoria School 'where gunman Thomas Hamilton was allowed to roam free before the 1996 atrocity'.

4. Reportedly the police are investigating claims that pupils at Queen Victoria School were regularly taken away and sexually abused.

5. Former housemaster Glenn Harrison told the News of the World how he even found Hamilton, 43, creeping around the dormitories at night. He said Hamilton had close links to a top policeman. Glenn was never called to give evidence at the Cullen Inquiry.

6. Lord Burton said: "I tried repeatedly to raise concerns about the inquiry during my time in the Lords, and I was bullied and threatened by powerful peers loyal to the Conservative Government of the day, who warned me of dire consequences if I continued to embarrass them." ( According to this source Cached - 'Malcolm Rifkind's friend and his then Chairman of his constituency party at Edinburgh Pentlands, Robert Bell, according to the front page lead of the Edinburgh Evening News on 23 March 1996, sold guns and ammunition to Thomas Hamilton only a few weeks before the Dunblane massacre, and it was reported he said he would sell him guns again.')

8, Glenn Harrison had kept dozens of files from pupils alleging bullying and abuse while he was at the Queen Victoria School and wrote to parents warning of the dangers in 1991. It led to him being ousted from the school and just days before he left, police raided his home and confiscated the files.

9. Glenn states that Hamilton had been a friend of Ben Philip, the senior housemaster at QVS. Mr Philip died in December 1993, aged 46, when he fell from a ladder while hanging decorations.

"What hasn't been widely noticed is that the most recent polls from Populus, YouGov and ComRes have all put the SNP ahead of Labour on Westminster voting intentions. These are all from very small subsets of the UK sample, but when three - and now it looks like four - show the SNP ahead, you begin to wonder whether Labour - whisper it - might even lose the next Westminster election in Scotland." - The sound isn't Wendy's voice, it's tectonic plates grinding as ...
